Q6: Can you provide repair for damaged unit?

A6: Yes.

Under normal usage, we can provide free repair service (inclusive material and manpower cost) within warranty period; Under abnormal usage, we can provide free repair (exclusive material cost) within warranty period;

Damaged unit will be fixed in 72 hours upon receive it, and provide the inspection reports as well.
